Focused on advancing electric vehicle technology, sustainability, and performance, the team is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their innovative and fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the collection, validation, and audit of cost data from all departments contributing to cost cap expenditureDevelop, maintain, and enhance internal cost-tracking tools, processes, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial submissionsPrepare and submit all mandatory governing body cost cap documentation, declarations, and end-of-season reportsEnsure strong governance, transparency, and readiness for regulatory audits and reviewsCollaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure compliance with cost cap regulationsMonitor and analyse team expenditure, identifying risks, trends, and potential cost overrunsBuild strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, aligning financial compliance with performance objectivesSupport monthly reporting processes, identifying discrepancies and investigating key variances related to racing projects RequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experienceDemonstrated experience in financial analysis, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and introduce improvementsStrong ERP and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to ..... full job details .....
