They are currently seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time, 12-month contract.The successful Senior Finance Administrator will support their operations by ensuring full financial probity and adherence to the accounting and finance policies. This role is crucial for maintaining a fully auditable and reliable finance administration.Day-to-day of the role:Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals, accurate coding, and timely payment.Maintain financial records, performing account reconciliations and verifying banking transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Administer expense claims and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements in line with organisational policies and budgets.Manage benefit and claim-related payments, confirming eligibility and obtaining the necessary approvals.Maintain accurate records within internal systems and support teams with financial reporting and audit requirements.Conduct regular audits and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to financial controls, policies, and procedures.Process and reconcile income received through various payment channels, maintaining robust financial controls and accurate records.Work collaboratively with IT and ..... full job details .....
