Lead the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.Develop and implement cost control measures across departments.Mentor and manage the accounting and finance team effectively.Negotiations and Contract ManagementSupply ManagementAnnual appraisals and performance reviewsProfile / Qualifications

A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Proven experience overseeing all departments.Team management experienceNegotiations and Contract Management experienceBoard report and presentingJob Offer
