The Role Working within the Technical Support Team, you will provide engineering support across a nationwide depot network and customer sites. You''ll act as a technical escalation point for engineers, assisting with fault diagnosis, commissioning, repairs, upgrades, and specialist customer requirements. This is a varied and challenging role, combining hands-on engineering with technical expertise, mentoring, and project support.
