Senior Field Sales & Education Manager Europe

Summary: In this role you will be responsible for leading our best-in-class sales + education team whilst driving the next phase of field sales growth and expansion. You will develop our field sales strategy to drive the Sales + Education team to achieve sell-through targets and build brand awareness within our retail partners.
Please note that this role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, build + implement a best-in-class field sales strategy to achieve company targetsLead, motivate + manage the field team to drive performance and store productivityDevelop a deep understanding of the European Retailer accounts, field employees and our customers to deliver effective sales experiences and education.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Work closely with Commercial + Marketing colleagues to create and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales conversionEnsure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company standards in all points of distributionManage and facilitate annual sales meetings alongside the European education teamPrepare regular sales reports, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growthFacilitation of European masterclasses and retailer conventions.Manage annual Field Sales expense budgets, including TandE, gratis, collateral, events, Beauty Advisor spend, and allocate budgets as necessary to maximise impact.Minimum 5 years'' experience in a cosmetics management role, preferably within a multinational environment.Training facilitation experience inclusive of coaching sales + educations teams.SEPHORA experience preferredFluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.Strong project management, cross-functional communication and influencing skillsStrong written and oral communication, organizational and time-management skillsAbility to use Microsoft Office to a high standard.Proven ability to inspire and motivate a field sales teamCandidates must be results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentThis position requires at least 60% UK and EU travel and may include some further international travelMonthly "Self Love Day" - at company discretionPremium Medical and Dental coverage for employee plus dependentsCoaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
