Job OverviewAn opportunity is available for a Senior FFandE Interior Designer to join an established architecture and interior design practice in SW London. The role suits a driven FFandE designer with a strong background in high-end residential interiors, interior architecture and FFandE design. You will lead projects from concept through to completion, managing client relationships, design delivery and project coordination alongside senior leadership.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop design concepts, mood boards and presentationsLead multiple luxury residential interior projectsPresent design proposals to clients and consultantsProduce detailed drawings, schedules and specificationsMentor junior designers and support project deliveryYou will oversee project quality, coordinate suppliers and consultants, manage budgets and timelines, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is delivered to a high standard.Skills and Experience RequiredAt least 6 years'' experience working on projects from space planning and concept development, through to installLuxury residential project experience in London is essentialStrong FFandE experience including sourcing, specifying and designing bespoke piecesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to project manage and coordinate on and off siteProven experience producing detailed design packages including construction drawings, schedules, specifications and costings Proficient ..... full job details .....
