This role is hybrid, based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects. Key Responsibilities: Conducting feasibility analysis and supporting the design process, including gear layout concepting, gear durability, bearing specification, and shaft durability. Collaborating closely with design and development teams to assess the functionality and performance of developed systems, discussing and agreeing on requirements and targets. Interpreting analysis results and suggesting improvements. Preparing gear drawing details, including the specification of gear micro geometry. Performing non-standard analysis tasks to guide design recommendations or problem resolutions. Developing analysis methodologies in the aforementioned areas. Preparing detailed technical presentations for both internal and client project engineering reviews.
