Senior Family Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join a growing Family Law team where you will take ownership of a varied and complex caseload, work closely with senior colleagues and play an important role in the continued development of the department.This is a role suited to an ambitious solicitor who is confident handling their own matters, enjoys a high level of autonomy and is looking for genuine progression within a supportive team.The RoleYou will handle a broad range of Family and Children Law matters across both private and public law, including complex cases involving domestic abuse, child protection and court proceedings.About YouYou will have: Strong experience managing your own Family Law caseloadExcellent knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS processesGood advocacy and court experienceExperience dealing with complex and sensitive family mattersExperience supervising or mentoring more junior colleaguesGood commercial awareness and an understanding of billing and targetsA proactive approach to business development and networkingChildren Panel accreditation, or a genuine interest in working towards accreditation, would be highly desirableWhat''s on Offer?This is a genuinely attractive opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their Family Law career, with a supportive working environment, experienced colleagues around you and opportunities to develop professionally.
