Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager with a strong facilities management background and, ideally, an engineering qualification or technical background, to support the day-to-day operation of a prestigious, high-end residential development in London. This is a hands-on, resident-focused role where you will play a key part in maintaining the development to exceptional standards, ensuring the estate operates safely, efficiently and seamlessly, while delivering a consistently high level of service to residents and visitors. Previous experience working within a large, complex and high-end residential development is essential. The Role Reporting to and supporting the Development Manager, the Senior Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, planned and reactive maintenance, contractor performance, compliance and estate presentation. You will provide a strong on-site presence, build effective relationships with residents, contractors and on-site teams, and ensure communal areas, building systems and services are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Building and Estate Management Carry out regular inspections of communal areas, identifying defects and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
