This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership position for someone who can combine strategic planning with practical day-to-day operational management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and well-presented properties while leading internal maintenance teams and external contractors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead facilities and maintenance operations across multiple hotel sites, ensuring each property is safe, compliant, operational and maintained to a high standard. Manage and coordinate handymen, maintenance engineers, technicians and other property support staff across the portfolio. Plan and prioritise reactive maintenance, planned preventive maintenance and longer-term capital works.
