This is a senior role responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, managing service charge budgets, supplier and team performance, compliance, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.Lead site teams and manage supplier performance.Oversee MandE services, compliance, and health and safety.Conduct inspections and manage planned works.Manage procurement, contractors, and capital projects.Build strong client and tenant relationships.Produce reports and chair stakeholder meetings.Ensure security, emergency, and sustainability standards are maintained.
