What we''re looking for:Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios. Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health and safety and building operations. Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership. NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards) is advantageous. What''s on offer?
