We''re looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London portfolio, working alongside a highly regarded Property and Asset Management team. This isa fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact across high-profile commercial assets. What we''re looking for: Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios, ideally multi-site. Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health and safety and building operations Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership. NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards) is advantageous. What''s on offer?
