You will step into an established estate to manage in-house teams, direct specialist contractors, control budgets, and safeguard total statutory compliance across all assets. Key Responsibilities Total Operations Management: Lead all Hard and Soft FM services, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and workplace service delivery across the portfolio.
