The Senior Facilities Engineer is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all site facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and building services across the manufacturing environment. Senior Facilities Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management and maintenance of all site facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems including electrical distribution, compressed air, extraction systems, HVAC, chilled water systems, effluent treatment, and process support equipment Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and ensure operational reliability across the facility Support the continuous improvement of site infrastructure, utilities efficiency, energy management, and environmental performance Manage reactive maintenance issues and coordinate timely corrective actions to minimise operational disruption Oversee contractor management processes including inductions, permits to work, RAMS reviews, supervision, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory inspections, maintenance certifications, and regulatory requirements including electrical testing, pressure systems, fire systems, lifting equipment, and environmental controls Support facility and infrastructure CAPEX ..... full job details .....
