Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of facilities, workplace services and health and safety activities across their sites. Working within the Facilities and Health and Safety team, you''ll coordinate day-to-day facilities activities, manage contractors and suppliers, support compliance initiatives and help deliver an outstanding workplace experience for employees and visitors alike. This role follows a hybrid working model, with four days per week based onsite in St Neots and occasional travel across Europe. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance activities and workplace services. Manage contractor and supplier relationships, ensuring service levels and compliance standards are achieved. Coordinate planned preventative maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance requirements. Maintain facilities records, certifications and compliance documentation.
