Senior Facilities Contract Performance Manager 
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
Location: Norfolk

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management professional to take on the role of Senior Contract Performance Manager, overseeing operational delivery and performance management on a large, complex healthcare contract. This is a senior leadership position requiring exceptional FM expertise, commercial awareness, and strong contract management skills, ideally within a PFI environment.

The Role

  • Lead the management of a high-profile Facilities Management contract, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds KPIs and SLAs

  • Oversee contract performance reporting, audits, and compliance checks to maintain operational excellence

  • Utilise CAFM systems to analyse data, track performance, and support strategic decision-making for contract improvements

  • Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across hard and soft FM services, ensuring compliance with statutory, healthcare, and PFI requirements

  • Act as a senior point of contact for client and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and delivering service excellence

  • Manage subcontractor performance, lifecycle planning, and operational transitions while maintaining commercial focus

  • Support contract mobilisation, change management initiatives, and ongoing operational strategy development

  • Provide leadership and direction to operational teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and consistent delivery against contract obligations

  • Take responsibility for budget oversight, cost control, and delivering best value for both client and business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management with a strong track record in senior operational or contract management roles

  • Significant background managing performance and compliance on large-scale FM contracts, ideally within PFI or healthcare sectors

  • Hands-on experience with CAFM systems, reporting processes, and data analysis to support contract performance

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at a senior level

  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and delivering operational efficiencies

  • Highly organised, analytical, and capable of managing complex contractual requirements in a fast-paced environment
