We are working with a well-established façade specialist delivering high-profile projects across the UK, who are looking to add a Senior Façade Design Engineer to their growing technical team.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of complex façade packages from concept through to completion, working on prestigious residential, commercial, mixed-use and high-rise developments.The RoleAs a Senior Façade Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and coordination of façade systems, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, programme and commercial standards.You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors and clients while mentoring junior members of the design team.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and engineering of curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, windows and bespoke façade systems.Produce detailed design calculations, technical reports and engineering solutions.Prepare and review fabrication drawings, installation details and design documentation.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers.Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, CWCT guidance and relevant British Standards.Attend client, design team and site meetings.Provide technical support throughout ..... full job details .....
