We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Extra Care Officer to join our team at Bristol Court, a thriving Extra Care Housing scheme in Feltham. This is a full-time, site-based position providing cover for a secondment. Please note that remote working is not available, and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site five days per week. About the Service Bristol Court is a specialist Extra Care Housing scheme consisting of 94 self-contained flats supporting residents aged 18 and over, including: Older people People living with dementia Individuals with learning disabilities Individuals with mental health needs Our aim is to help residents maintain their independence while ensuring they feel safe, supported, and connected within their community.
