Anderselite are actively seeking a Senior/ Experienced Architect to join a busy Cardiff Studio. The right individual will have the opportunity to lead and work on multiple projects as part of a growing team.

The role entails supporting our Education/ Conservation/ Commercial/ Residential sectors led directly by overseeing project delivery from through all RIBA Stages, requiring a strong technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to challenging situations on multiple projects at any one time.

The Role -
Youandrsquo;ll be involved in a variety of projects across the sectors, collaborating closely with a diverse team. Your responsibilities will include:

andbull; Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and clients.
andbull; Engaging in project reviews and coordination workshops.
andbull; Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
andbull; Conducting site visits and surveys on projects across the UK to gather necessary information for project development.
andbull; Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws throughout the design process.
andbull; Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in project execution.
andbull; Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff members as needed.
andbull; Staying up to date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes.
andbull; Contributing to and assisting in the development of technical expertise.

Requirements:
andbull; Qualified Architect.
andbull; Minimum of 5 yearsandrsquo; experience working as an Architect in a professional setting.
andbull; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
andbull; Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building systems.
andbull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
andbull; Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
andbull; Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering projects to completion.
andbull; Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
andbull; Access to and use of a car.
