Managing the examinations teams, you ll be the centre liaison contact for awarding bodies, Heads of School, and other academic staff that manage those awards. Overseeing all student registrations, data uploads, access arrangements, results and certificates in line with awarding body/JCQ deadlines and regulations, you ll manage purchase orders, invoices, recharging of exam expenditure and invigilator payments via VT2000 and Agencies ensuring that the exams budget is accurate and administered in a timely manner. As our Senior Examinations Officer, we d like you to have experience of working in an examinations team with significant working knowledge of an examinations background. With experience working with and complying with centrally established procedures and externally imposed regulations, you ll have a high level of computer literacy with good working knowledge of Excel.
