The role
We’re seeking a Senior Events Manager to join our dynamic and high-achieving Events team!
Following the success of our Charity of the Year partnership at the 2025 London Marathon, it’s a really exciting time to lead theteam forward. Key areas of the role are:
* To lead the team to meet income targets through the delivery of an engaging Events portfolio
* To lead the development and implementation of plans, marketing materials, multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys forEvent participants
* To Manage and inspire the Events Managers and wider team
About You
You’ll be passionate about Events fundraising and excited about joining a team who achieve excellent results. You’ll also have:
* Previous experience of leading a high-performing Events team
* Proven ability of creating annual budgets and regular reporting of income and expenditure
* Proven ability in developing over-arching plans for multi-channel (especially digital) Events marketing campaigns and supporterjourneys

Hybrid-working:
Our London office is a place to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where youwork is just as important. We are currently working hybrid with a minimum of 1-2 days in the office. This is an office-based rolewhere you may be required to be in the office more frequently to attend activities and meetings depending on the needs of therole.
