Senior Event Manager

to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of

three high-profile LTA tournaments .

Reporting into the Head of Events, this role is central to Absolute Tastes commitment to delivering world-class live events with innovation, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Full Event DeliveryTake ownership of three large-scale LTA tournaments, overseeing all phases from pre-planning through to live delivery and post-event wrap-up.Act as Primary Client LiaisonServe as the main point of contact for senior LTA stakeholders, ensuring all communication is professional, timely, and aligned to client expectations.Manage Cross-Functional TeamsDirect internal teams across operations, culinary, logistics, and commercial, scaling support based on project phase and on-site requirements.Budget and Financial ControlManage full event budgets

including forecasting, tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation

with a strong focus on cost efficiency and value delivery.Drive Operational and Creative ExcellenceOversee food and beverage strategy, retail and hospitality concepts, and creative direction, ensuring each event is both operationally sound and visually impactful.Ensure Strategic AlignmentWork with the LTA and Absolute Taste leadership to shape long-term plans, maintain brand consistency, and drive innovation across all event functions.
