Senior Events Manager

to join their award-winning events team and lead delivery across their flagship experiences.About the Role

As the Senior Events Manager, you’ll be central to delivering four of the most high-profile international events, for up to 350 people. The person who heads up the team is fantastic and they work really collaboratively.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of flagship international events (US and EU)Manage event production – stage design, AV, CAD layouts, venue coordinationPartner with the external production agency (briefing, scoping, execution)Negotiate contracts and ensure budget ownershipCoordinate with internal stakeholders for sign-off and approvalsOversee evening event experiences in collaboration with another Event ManagerManage relationships with venues – logistics, FandB, floor plans, HandS, buildEnsure onsite stage management and seamless event executionIdeal Candidate Profile

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:Strong project management experience across international eventsA passion for production, staging, and AV (venue CADs, stage builds, tech liaison)Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional communicationStrong attention to detail and calmness under pressureExperience managing external production agencies to briefA background in logistics, venue liaison, health and safety, and full lifecycle deliveryOur Culture
