You will take lead in overseeing the entire booking process from managing enquiries, guiding customers to the right product and finalising contracts and services to collaborating with the operational and logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery for events.Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for existing and potential customers and engaging with them in a positive manner.Build strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Address complaints and resolve problems in a high-pressure role that involves managing challenges and last-minute changes.Respond to incoming enquiries and provide tailored quotations based on stock availability.Negotiate hire rates, manage stock calendars to avoid double bookings, and secure contracts for future events.Convert enquiries into bookings and upsell ..... full job details .....
