Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include: Working with the project teams to deliver accurate estimations for large and complex programmes. Controlling and managing the estimating process at project level Applying and using recognised, appropriate method of measurement rules (eg RMM) in the preparation of all estimates Supporting client procurement teams with tender and/or contract price analysis and reference to baseline and revised estimates Requirements: Experience in Pre- and post-contract estimating. BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent Rail/Civils experience Minimum of 5 years experience in technical delivery of UK rail projects.
