The business delivers a wide range of façade and roofing solutions including rainscreen cladding, SFS, standing seam roofing and full building envelope packages across the UK.   You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for façade and cladding packages, working closely with suppliers, clients and the wider pre-construction team. Projects range from complex remediation works through to large-scale new build developments.  Responsibilities: Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Producing accurate take-offs from drawings using Bluebeam Reviewing architectural and technical specifications Pricing labour, materials, preliminaries and subcontract packages Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors Reviewing quotations and ensuring technical compliance Value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities Attending client meetings and tender interviews Liaising with commercial, design and operational teams during handover...
