This role will play a key part in supporting the pre-construction and tendering function across a portfolio of water and infrastructure projects.   Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates from first principles for water and wastewater projects Review tender documentation including drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Develop robust pricing strategies for bids and framework opportunities Liaise with design, commercial, and operational teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions Manage and coordinate subcontractor and supplier enquiries and pricing returns Assess project risks and opportunities and incorporate into tender submissions Support bid reviews and ensure all submissions are compliant and commercially competitive Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful tender outcomes   Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within civil engineering or utilities for a tier one or principal contractor within the UK Strong background working on water...
