Senior Estimator

We are working with a London based contractor client that focuses on delivering Building Safety Remediation and Change of Use schemes. With an ongoing increase in workload, there is an immediate need to onboard an experienced Senior Estimator with a breadth of experience and to include Pre-Construction and Cost Planning works. Ideally, they will offer exposure to either Building Safety Remediation and/or Heavy Refurbishment.

We feel this person could be an existing Estimator or perhaps a QS with the desire to step away from site and to develop their career within this key discipline.
