The Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role within the pre-construction team, producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. You will work closely with design teams, commercial colleagues, clients, and supply chain partners to develop robust cost plans and support successful tender submissions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost planning, and tendering processes, with the ability to identify both opportunities and risks throughout the pre-construction phase. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions in line with project requirements and specifications.
