Senior Estimator - Retail Display

Estimator Retail Display / POS £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Bonus Hybrid / Remote Central London 1 3 days per week A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Buyer / Estimator / Procurement specialist to join a growing, innovative business operating within the retail display, POP, Shopfitting sector. This is a key commercial role, responsible for developing accurate, competitive and commercially focused estimates for complex retail display projects across metalwork, joinery, plastics and print. The Senior Estimator role will involve: Owning the estimating process from initial brief through to tender submission. Producing detailed, accurate and commercially competitive cost estimates. Working closely with commercial, sales, sourcing and production teams. Interpreting technical drawings, specifications and BOMs. Liaising with suppliers to validate costs, lead times and manufacturing feasibility. Identifying cost risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions. Supporting tender and bid strategies with scenario-based costing and margin analysis. Ensuring a smooth handover from estimating into project delivery. Developing and improving estimating processes, tools and methodologies. Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes including metalwork, joinery, plastics and print. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
