You will play a key role in the commercial function, taking ownership of estimates from initial enquiry through to project handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates from technical drawings and specifications. This will include carrying out detailed steel take-offs, building cost analyses, and setting project budgets to support commercial, procurement and delivery teams.
