      <description>Location: London | Salary: 70000.00-70000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to join an established construction contractor, working on a diverse portfolio of projects valued up to 70 million. The project portfolio encompasses both new-build and refurbishment schemes, including cut-and-carve, structural alterations, extensions and complex redevelopment projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre-construction process, developing competitive tenders and providing accurate cost advice from initial enquiry through to submission. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial and operational teams, you will contribute to tender strategy, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and help secure new projects. Key Responsibilities  Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for construction schemes valued up to 70m. Price a varied portfolio of new-build, refurbishment, cut-and-carve and redevelopment projects.
