The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of rail and infrastructure schemes, working closely with contractors, consultants and public sector clients.The business is particularly interested in candidates with a construction-led estimating background who can build estimates from first principles, rather than purely cost-planning or quantity surveying experience.Candidates based near Leeds would ideally attend the office 2 3 days per week.
