This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to submission, and helping to secure profitable new work. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction industry, excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess projects commercially while working to tight deadlines. Senior Estimator Roles & Responsibilities Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of construction projects. Review tender and enquiry documentation, drawings, specifications and schedules. Analyse project requirements and identify potential risks, opportunities and cost savings.
