Prepare accurate cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and estimating software. Manage and track tender opportunities within CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions. Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids. Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators to strengthen delivery and capability.
