      <description>Location: Warrington | Salary: &amp;pound;65000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Company: We are working with a leading Contractor whose NW Regional Construction team would generally deliver projects for clients across the North West of England. Their turnover in the NW has grown year on year and they are capable of taking on high value projects in the commercial, industrial, care, leisure, pharmaceutical, retail, education and residential sectors. They have grown consistently over the last 10 years developing some great relationships with both public and private sector clients, are very cash rich, have a great supply chain that they pay promptly and have a very experienced, knowledgeable and approachable management team.   The Role: Due to workload they are now in a position to add a Senior Estimator to their team. You will be tasked with receiving tender enquiries and presenting them and agreeing to bid or not, complete the risk register, work with the rest of the pre con team to meet deadlines, sending out and vetting subcontract enquiries, conducting site visits, attending tender review meetings, building up the tender through to tender adjudication, present the financial elements of the tender in line with the clients' specification and help with post ...</description>
