Are you an experienced Senior Estimator ready to lead the pricing of major construction projects?

We''re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK''s leading Tier 1 construction businesses, renowned for delivering landmark projects across education, healthcare, commercial, defence, justice and public sector markets. The business delivers projects ranging from -20m to -150m+ and continues to secure an impressive pipeline of work across the Midlands.

Based from their Nottingham office, you''ll play a key role in securing major projects, working closely with operational, commercial and pre-construction teams.

The Role

You''ll lead complex tender submissions, manage estimating teams, develop winning bid strategies, engage with clients and supply chain partners and produce commercially robust estimates for major design and build projects.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator with a main contractor.
• Experience pricing projects valued at -20m+.
• Strong knowledge of two-stage tenders, negotiated work and competitive bidding.
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Ability to build lasting client and supply chain relationships.
