Working on various tenders across industrial, education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects; you will be an integral figure in the pre-construction team. Responsibilities Producing accurate net tenders from drawings and specifications and work with the team to submit tender returns Obtaining rates for each relevant trade; knowledge of first principles in pulling rates together will be required Measuring quantities from drawings including substructures, drainage and subcontract packages. Liaising with Senior Management and obtain their input into tenders, offers and proposals Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors at tender stage to obtain the most competitive prices; ensuring firm quotes are received for significant materials and subcontract items.
