About the Role: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate and competitive tenders for roofing and cladding projects. You will be responsible for assessing project specifications, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are delivered within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates. Conduct site visits and liaise with clients to understand project scope and requirements. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive estimates. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and design teams, to develop viable solutions. Prepare detailed tender submissions and present to senior management.
