The successful candidate will lead tenders across a varied portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects ranging from £50,000 to £10 million , playing a key role in securing future work and supporting continued business growth. Responsibilities Lead competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Prepare accurate cost plans and pricing strategies. Obtain and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities. Prepare comprehensive tender submissions. Attend client meetings and pre-construction discussions. Work closely with Operational and Commercial teams during handover.
