Are you an experienced  Senior Estimator  looking to take the next step in a fast-growing, forward-thinking civils and groundworks contractor? We're looking for someone driven, commercially aware, and confident in delivering winning tenders to join our expanding team. Location:  Split between sites in  Redruth and Exeter Type:  Full-time, permanent Salary:  Starting from  £40,000+  (depending on experience) What you'll be doing: Leading and supporting tendering activities across multiple projects Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates Working closely with buyers, commercial teams, and operational staff Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with industry standards and H&S regulations Contributing to continuous improvement across estimating processes What we're looking for: Proven experience as an Estimator within  civils / groundworks Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Confident communicator with a collaborative mind...
