Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in a fast-growing, forward-thinking civils and groundworks contractor?

We're looking for someone driven, commercially aware, and confident in delivering winning tenders to join our expanding team.

Location: Split between sites in Redruth and Exeter
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Starting from £40,000+ (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supporting tendering activities across multiple projects
• Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Working closely with buyers, commercial teams, and operational staff
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and H&S regulations
• Contributing to continuous improvement across estimating processes

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within civils / groundworks
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Relevant qualification (degree preferred but not essential with experience)
• Willingness to travel between Redruth and Exeter sites
