Senior Estimator

With a well-established regional operation based in South Wales, the company currently has multiple live projects and a strong, secure pipeline of future work. As part of its continued growth strategy, the business is seeking to build on this success and capitalise on upcoming framework opportunities and competitive tenders across the region. To support this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the business and take ownership of the estimating function. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of high-quality projects, develop and implement tender strategies, and lay the foundations to grow and ultimately lead the estimating team. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of design-stage, cost, and price estimates across a range of project types Ownership of tender processes, including strategy development, bid submission, and value engineering Negotiation and presentation of tender returns, contracts, and commercial proposals to clients and subcontractors Review and analysis of building contracts, including terms and conditions Measurement of quantities and preparation of project cash flow forecasts Interpretation and assessment of client requirements, including post-contract ..... full job details .....
