Senior Estimator (Hybrid)

Position: Senior Estimator (Hybrid)

Location: Warrington

Salary: up to -100,000 plus package D.O.E

Our client is a Tier 1 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of -800 million, delivering primarily New Build projects from regional offices in the Northwest, Midlands and Home Counties. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Date Centres & Pharmaceutical.

They generally deliver projects ranging in value from -25million up to -100million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.

The Chief Estimator is-keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
  Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
