Your new company A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its pre-construction team based in Omagh. The business has established a strong reputation for delivering major infrastructure, utilities, groundworks and civil engineering projects throughout Northern Ireland and the UK and continues to secure a significant pipeline of work.Your new role As Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in securing future work by preparing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with operational and commercial teams.Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil engineering projects.Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation.Sourcing and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations.Identifying project risks and value engineering opportunities.Supporting the pre-construction team in winning new business.What you''ll need to succeed Previous estimation experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.What you''ll get in return Competitive salary and benefits package.Company vehicle or car allowance.Exposure to major infrastructure and civil engineering projects.Ongoing training and professional development.Clear opportunities for long-term career ..... full job details .....
