Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a Senior Estimator (with a background in Hard Landscaping) on a permanent basis due to growth located at their Chesterfield location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for external works and hard landscaping projects.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and our project teams to keep everything on track and budget compliant.
• Lead and mentor a team of up-and-coming estimators, passing on your knowledge and creating a thriving, collaborative atmosphere.
• Encourage a supportive atmosphere where everyone is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute.
• Use your expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and introduce new ideas and processes that benefit both the team and the business.

• A Senior Estimator with experience in external works and hard landscaping.
