Projects typically range from £100k to £4m and include a broad mixture of refurbishment, alteration and fit out schemes, providing a varied pipeline of work rather than repetitive new build projects. The business offers an excellent working environment with a high level of trust and autonomy. They operate a genuinely flexible working model, including up to three days working remotely, alongside a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term opportunities. Estimator / Senior Estimator The Role An excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join the pre-construction team and take responsibility for pricing refurbishment and fit out projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Depending on experience, you will either work as part of the existing estimating function or take greater ownership of tenders at Senior Estimator level, managing the complete estimating process and playing a key role in securing new projects.
