Tier 1andamp;2 contractors as well as leading developers is typically their route to market, working on commercial office, residential, mixed use, public and private sector contracts. Duties and responsibilities include: Preparing detailed cost estimates across various different facade packages Deep understanding of materials, labour and manufacturing processes to ensure accurate and competitive project bids Collaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to gather necessary information Prepare and submit detailed and competitive bid proposals Identify potential risks and mitigate them through detailed analysis Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather and verify project information Provide technical support and clarifications during the project bidding process Depending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to a pay up to £85k for right person.
