This is a key pre-construction role responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across complex heavy civils, bulk earthworks and associated infrastructure packages . Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for major civil engineering packages. Price bulk earthworks, excavation, cut & fill, drainage, groundworks and associated civils . Undertake detailed take-offs and build up rates from first principles. Assess labour, plant, materials and subcontractor requirements. Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries and analyse quotations.
